Internet Scam, Software does not work

I went online looking for spy ware. And I came across ClubMZ e-spy it was only $15.00 So I thought I'd try it. After purchasing it online I received an email with my purchase confirmation and link for uploading the software program. I downloaded the software onto my computer but all it is is junk files. They do absolutely nothing. Total Scam - So even though I'm out of $15.00 I hope they don't tap my card again. I will contact my card company and try to block this company from ever charging it again.
