Sends link to software that's not there! Ripoff

I paid for Vista Ultimate through http://www.vsehkupil.com I received the confirmation email immediately from a 3rd party pay site (E-Deltasoft@merchant. Metacharge.com) and within the 24 hours I received the email that contained a link to the software. There were 3 other smaller files needed to install the software. Those 3 downloaded fine, however there was no files in the download for the program.

I have emailed them 4 times, send two trouble tickets and contacted them through their "Contact Us" link on the website. It's been almost two weeks and no response and now the link they sent me that takes me to "My Products Page" where I am to d/l the software no longer works.

So, to recap I have paid $80.00 for the instruction on how to install software that I don't have. You have got to be kidding me!

So, don't download anything from their website unless you're just shopping for instructions.
