Divine Travel - Peabody Research Still waiting for the refund

I reported Peabody Vacations and Jeffrey Hirschkorn in January. I agreed to pay ten pounds for a 15-day review period so my husband and I could decide whether we would like to buy the vacation package on offer. A charge of ten pounds was made on my account, but Jeffrey never couriered documents describing the holiday as he promised to do.in fact he only sent me a 'confirmation email' after I called him to remind him to do it - and that only referred me to his website. It didn't provide any extra information about the package.
I did not ever agree to purchase a holiday.
