Peabody Research Divine Vacations Promised a great holiday, never sent the details through, took money from my bank account without my authorisation

This company cold called, claiming that my credit card company had recommended me to them. They had some of my personal details including name and phone number. They could not tell me which credit card company had made the recommendation. They promised a great holiday. Their sales staff are lovely, friendly, convincing people.

I agreed to pay a small fee (10) to 'establish trust' and 'hold the unique offer open'. Very foolish mistake. Once they had my credit card details almost 700 was taken without authorisation from my account.

I spoke to several people including 'John' and Jeffrey Hirschkorn.

The promised holiday details 'sent by courier' have never arrived.

I am very disappointed and upset.
