Whats the purpose of my contract, you don't abide by it

American Car Centers Financial Department workers are idiots. My contract, that they had me to sign, clearly states that a late fee will have to be paid if payment is NOT recieved within 10 days. My payment was paid in full 1 day after the inital payment was due. Just like I have always been doing for the past 1 year of payments. It is always paid 1 day after because of my work schedule.

The following business day, which was a Monday, Latonya decides she will call me all day long and leave several messages. After speaking to her briefly the next day, she informs me of a late fee in the amount of $10.00. Not able to talk to her at that time I said okay and hung up.

The next day she decided again to now call my husband all day and leave several messages. After he spoke with her, she stated that our contract was wrong, we owe the $10.00 late fee and our vehicle will be placed for repo immediatley. Huh!!! WTF so I guess our contract is a waste of paper. I really don't understand! Please don't go here ever. I am a smart person and I read everything I sign. These idiots probably can't read words.
