CareerNiche.com They Break Contracts Dont Issue Refunds and Product Quality For Money Spent Is Terrible

I contacted CareerNiche to get a resume written. I was e-mailed a contract that stated I would receive the first draft of the resume in 7 business days of going in and other company info. I was also sent a blank resume to fill out myself. So, I found out they wanted me to write my resume prior to going in for them and then they were going to ask a few questions and dress it up. I phoned and told them I would be unable to print it off (even though I could so I only printed the first page) and they would have to ask me the questions and write the resume which they said was fine. And I felt better. I went in on the 4th with the signed contract and an old resume. I met a women who I told I had an old copy and the other paper signed and all my cards and books. I asked when I would receive the first draft cuz of a job add exp. On the 12th. I was told and it says on the contract i will receive it within 7 business days. 7 business days is only the 11th she had the weekend. She also said she would call in that time if she needed any more info. When we were done I asked if she needed any of the papers I had, the contract they sent me, cards, books and stuff. She said no just the old resume and I left. The 11th came and I called and was told they would look into it. I was then called on the 11th by the woman who took my info and she asked me then 7 business days later info about my previous job. Then went onto say I would have it tomorrow. It arrived in my e-mail Saturday after the add expired 9 business days later. The quality being that of something that could be produced in hours... I called visa to file a case then called the company and told them I wanted a refund and if they would give me one I would not put through the visa file. They say because I never left the contract I signed and they only have a blanks and I didn't fill out there official resume they sent they don't have to do anything. They're cheats who do nothing but dress up something they make you write and charge a couple hundred and break their contract
