When you google "resume templates" their ad comes up and offers free resume set-up. The ad reads "Follow The Simple Steps To Create

Your Resume In Mins & For Free". When you go through and put all of your information in the computer and follow the directions you choose your template at the end. After you choose your template you are directed to a page asking for credit card information in order to download what you have typed. They want you to pay over $18 for a piece of paper. I went to the live chat and asked why the advertised falsley and they got very rude saying that they save the information and you have to pay for downloading. When I asked for the free resume that I created for free she (Mary) told me that she could not do that. I then asked to be transfered to a supervisor and was refused. They need to let you know from the get go that you will have to pay for downloading your own information. All I wanted was a set up to fill in the blanks with my information.
