Ripoff Lois Jobe of ASAP resume never finished my resume and would not refund my $375.00

I reported ASAP Resume Services to the BBB (for not finishing my $375.00 resume in a timely manner and ending up with no resume).in my case, it took almost 9 months just for ASAP Resume to come up with a lousy rough draft. Lois Jobe of ASAP Resume not only would not refund me (for not providing the $375.00 resume which she never finished, but even after reporting her to the BBB, she refused to give me back my money). She also did not finish the resume or at least give me the paper that I purchsed (at least I could get something for my money. Basically, I paid $375.00 for nothing but a waste of my time and money. I am not finished reporting this company yet and will go to the attorney general if I have to.
