Took my money and ran

I ordered two HID lamps on December 22nd online. They were in stock, according to the web page I ordered from. I calle dthe customer sevice number after Christmas to check on the order and Terri said they were shipped. She couldn't give me a tracking number, but said she would get it to me. I waited for almost a week and tried to contact them again. It was very difficult to get them on the phone. When I finally did, she said those bulbs weren't even sold by them. I had also been trying to get in touch with them via e-mail. I did finally get an e-mail from the boss, who said those bulbs were out of stock and wanted me to send him the link where I had ordered them from where it said they were in stock. I did that. He appollogized and said they were supposed to get some in that day and he would send them out overnight. After two more weeks of e-mals and numerous calls and messages left, he e-mailed me again and said he was sorry for the mix-up and would look into the problem becase he thought they had been sent out.

Botom line is, we were charged for the product on Dec 28th, and still don't have any bulbs or our money.
