I have send 5 emails regarding this matter and you have chosen to ignore all of them. I ordered 18 cool white bulbs and received 13 warm white and 5 cool white. I want you to replace the 5 cool white with warm white as this would be the cheaper option for you. I need to know if you have and stock and when you can exchange the bulbs. Your phone is never answered or the call back request.
