Adjuster Never Returned Calls, Customer Paid $1,000 Out of Pocket

I was involved in a car accident on Monday February, 1 I called to report an accident, and took the car to a collision shop, they told me they will send an adjuster to see the damages, now I didn't have a rental coverage so I went to rent a car for $27.00 a day out of my pocket, it took the adjuster 5 days to go to the collision shop and thats after I'm made phone calls to the claim department to see about what happened to the adjuster.
When the adjuster finally came to the collision shop he argued with the guy that he will not issue a check for the amount he requested telling him to get a cheap bad quality parts for my car, not knowing my car was a lease car, anyhow I was not there when that happened, the adjuster never informed about that problem, 2 or 3 days past I called the collision shop to check on my car, he told me that I have to pay the difference if I want to fix my car, I called the adjuster many times many days never answered my phone calls, I called the claim department and they called him while they put on hold and she told me he's not answering the phone and she left him a message and that he will call me later on, but never called me that whole day, I called again they called his supervisor and his supervisor said the adjuster will call, but never called, and I finally talked to the supervisor and he was rude on the phone with me, still refusing to issue the full amount, and they know that I'm paying for a car rental out of my pocket.
These people don't care about anyone, they think they can do whatever they want, they cost me up to 2 weeks of rental and $1000.00 out of my pocket, talking about saving money with GEICO what a bull crap, biggest advise never never deal or purchase anything from GEICO you will loose and you can not do anything about it.
