Cheating Lying and Stealing!

I was involved in a three car accident [i was the middle car]. I then contacted Geico and was told to go to a "Geico" chop - shop. Theere i told them what happened it was all written down. 19 days later I was told the car was ready when i came I noticed that they hadn't fixed the back bumper. When I asked Marty Lowsky about it he said that I told him that it was only a 2 car accident. Further verification showed that not only had he written down that it was a 3 car accident but there were numerous phone calls between Mr. Lowksky and the claims adjuster [one Adam Scott]. Finally after agreeing to repair it after much hassle Mr Lowsky tried to cgarge me another deductable and adamantly refused to allow me to keep my rental car even though my car was in completely unrepresentable condition. I would like both Geico and Mr Lowsky to be informed of the fact that i am fully preprared to involve them in a civil suit and that this abominable behavior will not be tolerated by myself or any other clients of theirs! Thanks.
