Ripoff rude management

1-Recommended: 15% Parking: one or twice a month, residents need to request assistance from the guard in
turn so they can tow who ever is parked in your designated parking space.

2-Maintenance: very low mantenance, por landscape work It takes a long time for the crew to fix anything inside units.

3-Construction: Parking lots get flooded and if you live in ground level Right out side you door will get flooded too.

4-Noise: Loud music, neigboors and some vehicles

5-Grounds: Poor landscape work.

6-Safety: 1 Guard every weekend and some times a patrol guard (This is a 100 to 200 hundred—apartment complex)

7-Office Staff: Rude, unprofessional and prepotent.

8-Best=5, Worst=1 *1

When I try to complain they refuse to give me an adress or telephone number of the corporate office.
