I would like to start by saying that this property management is probably running a scam.
I have been a resident of this dump for only 7 months, and already had my car towed twice (one of the times with the parking permit clearly visible from outside the car). I have read several other complaints at the website below about tenants having their cars illegally towed away. Property Management has all tenant's vehicles license plates, make, model, color on file and on the lease contracts, yet they continue to tow the tenant's cars away from parking spots that are available for everyone to use for reasons as simple as the parking permit falling off the dash board on the driver's seat or on the ground. Even when the permit can still be visible form outside the car, they will tow it away and costing tenants $200 each time to release it.

I have worked for a towing company before and I know how they operate. Each time the security guard calls the towers to impound a car, he gets commission and probably the property manager as well.in addition, they decline everyone applying to rent an apartment, regardless of their income or credit score. I had excellent credit (close to 700), excellent rental history and made very decent money, yet I was declined the first time and had to get a co-signer. Management is rude and unhelpful, the apartment community iis run down, maintenance take at least a week to respond to service orders (probably because the buildings are in horrendous conditions, and maintenance get flooded with service calls). Ant infestations, packs of Raccoons (15 or 20) roaming around the property at night. And worst of all the parking is a nightmare.
