Not much different from the other reports of this company - I had an emergency and made 2 phone calls from a bank of Ma Bell Pay phones in a mall. There was no price listing nor an operator to inquire about pricing. I spoke for 4 minutes in one conversation and 7 in another - total price: over $70. Ironically, there was an AT&T store about 100 feet from the pay phones. I could have gone in there and purchased a pay as you go phone plus 60 minutes of talk time for less money than these scam artists charged me. My biggest disappointment was that the phone company allows this firm to handle their long distance credit card calls. There should be a level of trust there or at the very least full disclosure. The good news (potentially) is that I used my Amex card and filed a dispute with the company since they keep me on hold forever and never answer the phone. Perhaps when they do not get paid they will try to be reasonable. Maybe I will get lucky like one of the other people with a similar experience and at least get 1/2 off. That is certainly more palatable then $70 bucks for less than 11 minutes of calling here in the US.
