Credit One Bank - Harassing Phone Calls Every 15-30 minutes - NEVER HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! - Will Not Stop Calling Me, Breaking FCRA Laws, Scam Artists, Con Artists

This company calls me repeatedly each and every day. I have never done business with them. They are a collection agency. My bills are paid!

They harass me to no end. They have promised me repeatedly to remove my home telephone number, but still call me.

They will not tell me why they are calling, who they are calling for, and just read their con artist telephone script and tell me they will delete my number, but then continue to call me. They break all the FCRA rules!!!

I filed a complaint with the BBB (see below)

I just spoke to Ms. Foster, Office of the Vice President. She called me after receiving my BBB complaint. I asked her if she was aware this company has an "F" credit rating for all their harassing phone calls, and she admitted to me she was aware of it!
