We were awakened by a lot of screaming, partying, etc. At 2am, called the front desk 2 or 3 times, they said they would send up security to check... The front desk said it was taken care of but we were up the rest of the night with the continuing noise!!!

Upon checkout we were given an invoice with information to contact the guest services manager should we not be able to complete a survey giving the hotel a "10". We contacted this person, Dennis Kelley on 1/6/10 and he said he would reimburse our account immediately but it is now 2/10/10 and have not received compensation or heard from him.
