Asked UPS to Return Overpriced Sets, Five Emails Unanswered

I ordered some collector sets from "NCM." Before I received the order, I checked sites like bullion.com and realized how badly I was getting ripped off. NCM charges 12.00 dollars more than bullion.com does for the exact same single coin.

I then contacted UPS before I even received the order and asked them to return it to the sender. They asked me the reason, and I told them I had found a website where I could buy the exact same coins for 50% of what NCM was charging. I then sent NCM 5 emails and asked for acknowledgement each time I sent one. I never received an acknowledgement for any of the emails, though they promise to answer within 24 hours. These people are liars and corrupt! I have been blocked from their website. What are they hiding?

So then I tried calling, and all circuits are always busy. I never received their product, yet they refuse to refund my money.

Whom must I contact to help me with this? I am unemployed and cannot afford this kind of criminal action. The stress it causes is overwhelming. Can someone please help?
