Placed an order online for silver coins - received confirmation email saying the product shipped. Product never arrived, called them... No answer. Emailed them... No answer. After 20 days of calling and emailing I still have not been able to get in contact with anyone from the company. Watch out for these guys!!! My next move is to call the police in Plymouth, MN and tell them that I was ripped off by Westminster Mint aka www.coin-rare.com
