Awful experience! Do not use!

I have 2 children and I'm renting a house that was built in the early 1900's, I have to dust about twice a day adn its been bothering me what my kids are breathing in so I called this company after receiving a coupon in the mail. The woman on the phone could barely speak english and had no idea what she was doing... Should have been a red flag but looked at their website and it seemed like a good company. The guy showed up, could barely understand him either, he counted the vents told me instead of 59.99 like my coupon says its $160.00! Okay, well for my kids its fine so I said it was fine. He got to work with a hose connected to my furnace and an air compressor on a hose a blew air in my vents... How this tiny little thing could do anything I have no idea. He wasnt even putting it more than a foot into any of my vents. I let him go into my bathroom to blow those vents out while I stayed with my son away from all the dust. Not thinking I should probably watch what hes doing. After it was all said and done, I gave him money, my husband was at work but I wish he had been here to deal with this guy. He left (leaving the trash everywhere, ALL my doors including my screen door propped open, I was playing with my son... Both my gates wide open, I have 2 dogs!) and I realized my heat wasn't turned on, I freaked out because of my kids, ITS WINTER!!! I called the company and kept getting voicemail, explained my situation over and over. I needed some help! He messed up my heat and he needed to fix it! My husband came home and was highly irrate cause he doesn't know how to work on furnaces, he went in the crawl space and messed with it for a while, finally realized the guy just SHOVED the filter in jamming it up! I went and got a new filter and it was fine. This was 2 weeks ago and I left 4 messages about my heat, still have not received a call back yet!!! My husband then went into the bathroom where he noticed the guy had bent our vent cover all up scratching all the paint while doing that as well. The cover was caulked up and I guess he thought trying to squeeze that gun down would be the best solution, not even trying to bend it back into shape. Real nice!
Today, I still have to dust twice a day, there is absolutely no difference in dust... He told me it would for sure minimize the amount I dust everyday and I wouldnt see so much dust floating around. This company is the biggest rip off, they're rude and just want your money. Like I said how was that little gun gonna clean out vents?
Choose someone that for sure uses a brush to clean out your vents!
