Your vents will be worse than before! Do not waste your money! Throughout

I've had my vents cleaned (vacuumed) by other companies before, so I should have known something was wrong when the tech cut a hole into my main vent and began BLOWING air down each of the vents!

After they blew air into my vents (spreading dust all over the rooms) they then informed me that I would need to pay extra to have them vacuum out the main vent where the dust had settled.

When I asked them to pack up and leave, they demanded 3 times the amount listed on the coupon. Needless to say they didn't receive it.

I hope my lesson learned can help someone else. Do NOT use United Air Care in New Jersey unless you want your house to be dustier and your vents to remain unclean. They are swindlers!
