Services not anything like what is advertised on website. Feel like I have been totally ripped off. Stay Away from this company

I looked at a few websites after recieving coupons in the mail for several air duct cleaning companies. I called them and the lady that answered, she scheduled me and asked if I had a coupon, which I did. The coupon did say $59.99 for unlimited vents, one main duct, Dryer vent inspection, and the Returns extra.

A man showed up and I took him to the furnace and showed him all the vents as well. He then said we have to make an access panel in the furnace vent and the 2 medium returns were $25 each. As well as a Main duct charge as well. I agreed to this, then he brought in the double sided bag vaccum. Then hooked it up. The to my surprise he brought in a air hose on a compressor that had a air gun on it. No brush, no hepa filter and went ahead and started.

I really didn't know what to think as I was trying to get my children to leave this stuff alone. After the work was done my hubby came home and finalized the payment/paperwork. I later thinking it didn't seem right that my house smelled of dust and dingy, especially downstairs. I checked their website and this is where I learned they do advertise using Brushes and HEPA filters to do this. But some how I never saw anything like what was on there.

Stay away complete rip off!!!
