42-Inch TV Stuck in Repair for a Month Under Service Plan

I bought the tv on 07-20-08, also added a 2yr extra service plan, tv is now in the shop and has been in there for about a month and they are still giving me the runaround, I just want my tv fixed or give me my money back ($1,089.95) and it should not take all this time to do that.???
