My products were shipped only after I filed a dispute with Paypal. The company would not answer phones or email. Product finally arrived, but was broken.
Paypal will not help as they will only help if product doen't arrive. They don't care if it is broken or dangerous. Just filed a new report with my credit card company as neither paypal or saltlampsforless will help.
