Day of check in i was moved three times. 1st sliding doors did not lock, 2nd fig broke leaking water 3rd room sliding glass doors not locking, and finally 4th room phone did not work at all during full stay. I tried to speak to owner with no success until day before check out now i explained everything... Then she stated to me i was under charged fo my stay which she was going to deduct amount frm front staff... Her major concern was money she was losing not what me as the customer went through first day... I met with her because as a business owner myself i wanted to know what she was going to do... Well she offered a stay in another resort of hers but we had our plans set and it wasnt like it was free but it was just as our last free but it wasnt i had already paid fo stay til sunday... The owner stated she was gonna handle it and i would see at check out!!! NOTHING... I had overpaid my room 42 dollars and thats what i got back... She did nothing... But is getting money from her front desk staff... So she lost nothing... I was the one with worst stay ever...

My brother had same problem. Staff quoted price and we paid for breakfast dinner my room 2 people his room 3 people. Then owner stated we under paid and was getting her money from front desk staff.

She did nothing for me and i explained it all, best of all she had paperwork in writing... And refused to use it...
