I like many other bought into the "Directory Network Association" and purchased "Directoryofxxxx" for a particular city, we were all promised - I have highlighted in RED (end of report) some of the things that did not materialise.

The pivotal thing that did not materialise is:

A steady stream of targetted traffic from DNA continuous Global Marketing Campigns

This is one of the main reasons people bought in!

- in summary the business was so badly mismanaged the directory owners did not get any traffic from a centrally organised marketing campaign/s.in the begining Jack also promised buy back of the directories after a year - without any conditions - now he has put in a number of barriers, i.E. Min standards and many people cannot sell ther dircetories back.

I am able to get many directory owners to back up my claims and will direct them to my comments here - Jack Humphrey's took our money and completley mismanaged the business and lost $100K's.

I for one want what I paid for my directories and the operating cost for 1 year nothing more - I want want what I invested in my diretory before he pulled the plug.

There are some individuals who are starting up a law suit against him.
