So Rude and Not Reliable

Our purchase was broken in delivery subsequently another purchase was sent to displace it. After I followed the 2nd purchase I kept discovering that it never quit its unique area. I eventually sent the organization and returned a brief and unconcerned mail. We sent backwards and forwards and that I was informed they'd try to look for my bundle. After 7 days in the cargo of the 2nd bundle with no motion I eventually named and also the lady was so rude... I really couldnot think it. After I held askng for help discover the bundle she said I ought to maintain while she approached Fedex. She discovered the the 2nd one was broken and lastly decided to stop my purchase, I'll need to delay to determine when they credit my bill.

Obviously, I'll never purchase from their website again. No body appeared to care at Trusted Document and also the Woman was so rude about the telephone. Unlike their title the corporation isn't TRUSTED! It had been the worse customer support I've ever endured from a web-based organization.
