So Rude and Not Reliable

My order was damaged in shipping then another order was sent out to replace it. When I tracked the second order I kept finding that it never left its original location. I finally emailed the company and got back a short and unconcerned email. We emailed back and forth and I was told they would try to find my package. After seven days from the shipment of the second package and no movement I finally called and the woman was so rude... I couldn't believe it. When I kept askng for help to find the package she said I should hold while she contacted Fedex. She found out the the second one was damaged and finally agreed to cancel my order, I will have to wait to see if they credit my account.

Needless to say, I will never order from them again. No one seemed to care at Reliable Paper and the Lady was so rude on the phone. Contrary to their name this company is not RELIABLE! It was the worse customer service I have ever had from an online company.
