They billed my credit card with $326.00 without proceeding my order and denying to reply to my questions via e-mail

It all begun when I ordered the first CD of the CD series of the company called Awakening Prologue. I was very happy with it so after a few months I ordered the next CD called Awakening Level 1. This level includes "free" custom affirmations. You get an e-mail from the company with instructions on how to create this affirmations.

Centerpointe Research Institute did bill my credit card with the amount of $326.00 but I never received the e-mail to create my affirmations. I've sent them several e-mails to sent me the e-mail for creating the affirmations or to give my money back but I never received an answer.

It's pretty obvious that this company doesn't care an inch about their customers.
