'Holosync' Credit card billed despite being explicitly asked to not do so

Like another complainant, I feel I was ripped off by this company.

I had signed up to take their 'Holosync' course, and it was going reasonably well when my wife walked out with our daughter and all of a sudden I found myself in severe financial difficulties.

I was paying for their program under an instalment plan, but when my credit card became maxed out, they couldn't out take any more payments. I wrote to them explaining the problems I was having, and saying that I could not pay any further. I asked if they would please waive the remainder of the contract (which meant of course including not providing any more services under it) because of my situation. They refused.

After I had struggled to pay off some of the credit card debt I was then hit with another debit from them, so clearly they had been trying regularly to make more withdrawals and as soon as they were able to they did.

Whether or not their product is any good I can't say. Although I studied the courses regularly with a friend, I could not see any discernible result from doing so. (The excuse for regular lunches with my friend was nice though.)

But clearly the company's main focus is on profit-making — even at the expense of customer service or convenience or indeed, in my case, severe personal difficulties.

Even if you were to think the product was worth trying I would counsel you very strongly not to pay by instalments on credit card. And if they won't take a form of payment that you yourself can control, then my advice would be don't be sucked in and don't deal with them.
