I saw on my bank statement a charge from Austin Research Institute. I called the bank and got a phone number. I get an answer but it ask me to do all transactions online. It also said I could leave a message after the tone if it was a billing question. The phone mail box was full. I tried to Locate the address in Hampstead Maryland 21074 and found only a PO Box. I contacted the directory assistant for Hampstead Maryland and there was no listing. This company is a Fraudulant Company and people should stay away. The only Austin Research I could find anything on was in Austraulia, and it may be fraud also. Be very careful when having any dealings with this company.
