Stole my money

BESTBUY did not refund back my money & made UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES to my credit card.

On 26-Nov i purchased a Laptop bundle set from www.bestbuy.com, order no: BBY01-312712003394. My credit card was charged for US$546.96. On 02-Dec i received an e-mail from www.bestbuy.com informing me that the laptop that i had ordered is no longer in stock and that i was given the option of choosing a new laptop at the same price.
So on 02-Dec i placed a new order BBY01-314700001090 and used a different card to pay for this.

Now started all my problems:
On checking my credit card statement for the first card that i had used for order no BBY01-312712003394, i found that BestBuy had charged my card THREE TIMES!!
1. On 26-Nov for US$542.96
2. On 01-Dec for US$501.79
3. On 07-Dec for US$61.82
The last two charges were not authorized by me.

Also bestbuy had not refunded the original cost of the first laptop.
Since 07-Dec till today 05-Feb, i have contacted bestbuy at least seven times and every time i deal with a new guy on the phone.
They keep on giving me new case numbers, the latest being: 68921786 on 20-Jan, BUT THEY HAVE YET NOT REFUNDED BACK MY MONEY.

I would caution everyone that they should be very careful when dealing with companies such as bestbuy, because even with such big reputations, they can stoop to such low levels, and also go to the extent of making UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES to your card.
I don't know if i will ever get my money back, but after having contacted bestbuy for so many times and not getting any response, i think it is justifiable to put this on the public forum, so that other consumers will be careful.
