Poor installation services-lowes Niles, ohio - customer service

Ordered composite fence on 3/5 to be installed. To this date 4/23 not completed yet. Although we have had bad weather with lots of rain, it seems we are a low priority with the installer.
Fence posts have been installed for a week now installer said he would be here Tuesday or Wednesday. Did not show Tuesday as it rained. Did not show or call Wednesday. Wednesday afternoon weather was fine. Thursday weather was great no show or call. I wanted another installer earlier but Lowes did not get one.installer has his own construction business and he has bigger jobs than our. I should have gone to a fence company. I will never use Lowes installation services again. It is not my job to get on the installer it is Lowes responsibility. Dont ask me for a recommendation as you will not get one from me. And we were going to get windows and we will not purchase from Lowes. Is good if you can get a product from Lowes if you do not need help from associates or installation.
