Netflx
No CC or Subtitles on streaming film

Bought an Insignia Bluray player and Netflix internet streaming participant to be able to download and flow films in my own home entertainment simply to discover that Netflix informs me "they don't possess the engineering to incorporate CC or subtitles within their program." For all those people who need these because of reading problems this can be a large frustration and possibly is table towards the National Regulation needing that such be supplied. Why-don't they contain that informationPRIOR to using you buy the machine to obtain?
