Atgstores.com / Purchased several expensive items, one arrived damaged, was late to open box, company denied help

I have been remodeling my house, have purchased several expensive light fixtures through ATGstore.com, also purchased an expensive desk. Desk arrived with a seriously damaged drawer, imposssible to use it. I was late to open the box after receiving, due to too lengthy remodeling, box was kept in safe place in house. When I opened the box, found the damaged drawer. Contacted ATC store, sent pictures showing the defect and proving I had just opened the box. Due to the fact that I had not opened the box within 48 hours I had lost, the company refused to do anything. I was asking nothing but a simple replacement of the drawer, not even the entire desk. ATGStore.com was inflexible. Now I have a worthless expensive desk.
Do not trust that Internet company, they have no problem to take your money, but after that you are on your own!
