Filed a debt on me that I have already paid. They also reported it with a new date which places two fillings on my credit report

Pinnacle Credit Services reported a debt on my credit which I have already paid. When I called them they say they bought the debt from another company and cannot verify collection. They also posted the collection as a new account with a new date so the bill which I paid in 2004 is now posted as 2009.
