Went to collection paid in full was told it would be removed from report did not remove Houston O

Paid collection agencies in full one for TV Max and the other would not list name of company both paid in full was told both would not go on my credit report as collections if I paid. They were paid in full and still reported it and is now on my report. Below is what I copied from my report Exsperian but I am sure it is on the other 2 as well.
