Sent sick puppy and refused to refund money after puppy died

Back in October my husband and I purchased an English Bulldog puppy through this company due to their so called good reputation and health guarantees on their pups. We received on October 27 a sick 11 week old English Bulldog puppy. He had a massive ear infection and early pneumonia. He was also deaf. This was supposed to be guaranteed against. My husband and I continued to treat him as he was getting slightly better only to have him take a turn for the worse. His pneumonia got worse and the vet found he had a severe hypoplastic trachea, once again ANOTHER breeding issue and genetic abnormality. After racking up $6392.87 in vet bills not to mention the $3389.90 for the puppy we had to put him to sleep a mere 12 days after getting him on Nov 9. I told premium breeders we were in no way interested in another puppy through them and they attempted to force us into getting another puppy. I explained to them that they were in violation of the Florida Puppy Lemon Law and that they were required to refund us the full price of the puppy and reimburse us for vet bills up to the puppy's cost. Here it is Jan 6 and we still have no received a single cent back. I have threatened lawsuits and still no response. I can rarely get ahold of anyone there who can help me and they always refuse to let me speak to a supervisor, often putting me on hold for an hour at a time before I become too frustrated to hold any longer. At this point we have had to hire a lawyer and are suing this company as we still have not received any sort of refund.
