We purchased an 8 week old Havanese puppy from Dorothy Fisher the puppy flew from kansas to new york. When we received the puppy she would not eat and kept vommitting and was all skin and bones. We took the puppy to the vet. It was put on IV fluids forced fed and went through many tests. After spending almost $2000 in vet bills we had to put the poor puppy down. We were heart broken. We have no puppy and Dorothy only gave back the money we paid for the dog, not the airfare or the vet bills.
