Totally lies and if you don't like it—oh well

Since I had an on-going and unresolved problem it prompted me to check and I found this site with numerous similar complaints. I was originally told one rate (. 14/kwh) and a reasonable ESTIMATION chart makes you think $129 is reasonable for the first month, and presuming it will come way down for 700 sq ft. BUT it does not!!! The next month when I received a $250 bill, they stated it was still being ESTIMATED and would be ironed out the following month after they read the meter. That is also when I found out my rate is actually. 17/kwh. There response is that is their rate and if I don't approve I can find another service. I just received the third bill and sure enough, its another $250. I will find another service and wish I'd never started this one just to avoid a deposit& I have paid far more than the deposit would have been with a reutable company.
