Did not reply to e-mails or phone calls, tried to call but under constuction, when it did come to the states it had the wrong address on it

I ordered this product on 12/18
I want to stop smoking and wanted to try this Smart Smoker Kit.
For under ten bucks i said what the heck.
Received a order number with my comformation e-mail.
On January 21 it finally showed up to the states, New York for customs, than Cleaveland, OH.
It was refussed by Cleaveland, OH and was sent back.
I called USPS and they said it had another address on it, not mine.
So it's being sent back to sender, good luck with that
