Via the internet I was offered a FREE product for $9.99 they in turn charged the credit card $99.99. The original offer was just for a free product just pay for shipping and handling. (also made charges after for refill of tobacco) While trying for days to get a hold of someone (no answer) When I finally talked to someone they were rude, constantly sayiing "well I can't help you with that" Anyone who wants this offer... PLEASE do not deal with these jerks... A total rip off!!!
