Unauthorized charges to credit card, failed to deliver goods

I signed up for a 14 day trial of smokeless cigarettes, and I called the company for more info about the trial period, only to be told that it was now a 9 day trial period. What was really weird, though, was that the person who answered seemed absolutely sure that I was calling about "smartsmoker.com", which is not affiliated with this company. That's a good switch; it would make sense for the consumer to call about "smart smoker", when the directing web site was "get" smart smoker. Therefore, I cancelled my credit card because I was suspicious. I was charged the initial $9.99 for my trial offer, and then received an email thanking me for my purchase. However, then I received an email stating that there was a delay in shipping, and in appreciation for my patience, I would receive three extra smoking cartridges. Then, (keep in mind I still have not rec'd ANYTHING from this company, except for emai) I got an email letting me know that my trial period was expiring, and that they were going to charge my credit card $59.99 $14.99 S&H. I want to warn other consumers about this scam site; right after I ordered, I googled the site, and couldn't find anything good about them, and grew suspicious, and that's why I cancelled my card.
