I searched for an infrared sauna for weeks and decided on this one from Home Depot. Just goes to show you that you get what you pay for. I should have bought from a company that sells far infrared saunas as their specialty. What JUNK!
I bought the sauna, took 3 weeks for delivery. Then when i received it the walls are paper thin, you can't even feel the heaters when they are on, and Home Depot's support is crapt. I called customer support and they didnt even know they carried Infrared saunas. What a joke! To sum it up you are buying junk!
Then when I tried to return it they tried to charge me all these fees (almost 30% of the sauna cost) on top of that completely wasted my Saturday. I will never buy from them.
I looked at Sears and Costco and even Sams and they all seem to offer the same junk. Do yourself a favor and DON"T buy an infrared sauna from these guys. Why is it they can sell junk and not even care? I bet they found themselves some China manufacture to make these for $200-300 dollars.
All I can say is buyer beware - don't waste your time like I did. Buy from a company that ONLY sells saunas, i finally did and couldn't be happier. I don't want to advertise this company but they carry the Dual Force saunas.
Home Depot can rot! I'm still disputing the charge with my amex!
