I attempted to buy a puppy from this breeder. First there was a problem with payment, she wanted to charge me for using paypal. Then she said to pay her using western union or a bank check.
I sent her a payment threw paypal. She told me she needed the payment so she could take the dog to the vet before she could ship him. She then waited 5 days to e-mail me to say there was a problem with the dog when she was to ship him that same day.
I called her immediately to question her on the dog. I told I could not accept a dog that might be ill. She proceeded to tell me that she could get 3 vets to certify that there was nothing wrong with him. I asked her to scan the vet certificate from when she took him and e-mail it to me.
In less than 20 minutes she called me telling me how her husband told her not to sell me the dog.
