Scam

I placed an ad for a cell phone that cost me $349.00 that I bought from T-Mobile on craigslist.com. For $250.00. The so called purchasher sent me an email from donna. Daniel100@hotmail.com stating she would pay me $350.00 for the phone which included shipping. I spent $112.00 to ship the phone to the address that she had provided. I received an e-mail that stated that it was from paypal.com (which paypal denies, says it was a fraudulent e-mail if it does not state your name) that the funds were held & would be put into my account as soon as the merchandise was delivered. I continually emailed paypal (the company which stated their name was payal)& asked where the funds were. They (which paypal said it was not them) wrote me back & asked me to be patient, that as soon as the merchandise was delivered that I would get my money. It turns out that the person that ordered the phone & apparently the paypal people (that said they were from paypal, which paypal denies) that were emailing me were frauds! I never received my money, but they received their merchandise. His name is O. Sunday in Nigeria. The fradulant name is donna. Daniel100@hotmail.com I want these people stopped!!! It's not the issue of money now, it's people that think they can sit on their ass & make money off of honest hard working people who have to work hard & use every resourse they have to provide their family with a good life! Please help me stop abusers that these people & let them either go to prison or get off their lazy asses & make a honest living!
