S Cancelled puppy sale and has not refunded my money ripoff

I purchased a puppy from Donna thru a so called friend in Germany that sold dogs to buyers here in the US. We were under the assumption the dogs she sold us could be registered with the AKC, after many people purchased these dogs from the US, we found out they could not be registered with AKC. Donna is good friends with this breeder simply because she has sold her MANY puppies, so she defends her for that reason.

After I had to do a chargeback to get my money refunded for the thousands of dollars I spent with that breeder in Germany, Donna decides that she does not want to send me the dog that I had on hold with her so she cancelled the sale, but has not refunded my money and has been VERY rude in emails to me.

The reason she owes me money in the first place is I had purchased a red female shih tzu from her and only received a couple of pics of the puppy, I did not realize the puppy had so much white on her because Donna does not take good pics of her dogs and most times they are laying down so you cannot get the full view, when she arrived I did not like all the white on her, but that was not the only reason, the puppies bite was so bad her tongue stuck out, not to mention her ears we in horrible shape.

I have proof of this by 2 vets and a friend. The puppy was older and I am sure the bite was the real reason Donna sold her as she had said she really wanted to keep this puppy for herself. Also she owes me $750 for deposit on another puppy a red liver female that I had placed the deposit on and her "friend" in Germany wanted it, and I was nice enough to let her take the puppy and told Donna I would wait until she has another since I am here in the US, Donna even told me that was very nice of me to give up a puppy I wanted so bad for a friend or what I thought was my friend at the time.

Well now Donna tells me she is not planning on refunding any of that $750 because it states all over her website that she does not refund deposits, but she is the one that cancelled the sales. I would NEVER trust this woman, she is involved with MANY of the "bad breeders" I have been told to stay away from her but unfortunately it was after I was involved with the breeder in Germany and she told me I could trust Donna.

Please do your research and read other reports on here about Donna, Unfortunately I have had to learn for myself, but if I can save anyone else from her unethical behaviour I will feel I have done a good deed. I plan on starting legal action immediately to collect my money.
