Shirley Matthews is a fraud - rented me a chalet via bank transfer then cancelled reservation and kept the money

I went online on 12/21 through rentzio.com and vacationhomerentals.com to find a Chalet to rent for 12/30-1/2 of this year in Gatlinburg TN. I inquired via email for vacancies to Cozy Retreats. Shirley Matthews contacted me via email. She then called me and said that she had a cancellation from a renter due to a death in the family and had a 2 br chalet (chalet 45432) available for my dates requested. She said that since she was a small company in Gatlinburg and since it was so close to checkin they couldnt take a credit card, but needed a bank transfer of $339.00. She also promised 2 tickets to any show in Gatlinburg. On 12/22 I wired $339.00 to Shirley Matthews at Zion Bank in Ogden Utah. She sent a confirmation email and then the day before checkin called and stated the cabin was damaged in a storm and she would issue us a refund within 5-7 days. It has been over 30 days now. We have emailed Cozy Retreats and called Shirley Matthews with no response. She will not answer her phone, so we have left messages on voice mail. We have not received a refund or tickets to a show. I contacted Rentzio.com and www.vacationhomerentals.com/45432 and they have taken her listing off their website. The phone number for Cozy Retreats is 225-200-5275.
