Sold Floor Model as New

I purchase a Quad Storage Bin from Sport Chalet Online. It arrived yesterday and it obviously was a floor model. Not only was the product damaged, it was filthy. To make matter worse it didn't even come up with set up instructions. I called customer service and they said that "warehouse sometimes makes mistakes." They offered to refund my money but I have to pay for shipping. Needless to say I am very upset and will never buy anything from this company again. What a joke.
