I ordered an item from THE COZY PINEAPPLE online in March. The item was very expensive. When it arrived was not what was shown to be online and I decided to return it. I tried to contact them to make arrangements to return it, but they never answered there phone? So I followed there online procedure for returns and at my own expense returned this large heavy item. It was received and the signed receipt mailed to me by the USPS. That was April 4th. I have yet gotten my money put back into my account! I have filed a report with my bank to try and see if they can get my money back. All this hassle from a online company that claims to be easy to shop with. They take your money for sure but then disappear totally. They are cheats and lairs!
BEWARE! Do NOT Do business with the THE COZY PINEAPPLE!
